Release
Escalation by service map
Pages go to the owner in your service map, then up the chain every five minutes. Rotas are optional.
What changed
Pages now go to the owner in your service map first, then up the chain every five minutes until someone acknowledges. Rotas still work for teams that want them; most beta teams have switched the map on and the rota off.
